General Terms and Conditions
1. Seller and scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed in the online shop of:

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Individual agreements take precedence over these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and product information
The essential characteristics of the goods offered are set out in the respective product descriptions.
The characteristics agreed upon when the contract is concluded are decisive. Subsequent changes to the presentation of a product do not alter contracts already concluded.
For expressly labelled best-before offers, please read the product-specific information about the best-before date. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
3. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer to enter into a contract. By placing an order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
You can review your selection and details before finally submitting the order and correct them using the functions provided during the ordering process.
We accept your order by expressly confirming acceptance or by dispatching the goods. An exclusively automated acknowledgement of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly states that the order has been accepted.
If, for the selected payment method, we request payment before that point, the contract is concluded when we make that request for payment.
Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.
4. Prices and payment
All product prices stated include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs may apply in addition. These are set out in our shipping policy and displayed before you place your order with an obligation to pay.
The prices stated when the order is placed are applicable. Subsequent price changes do not affect contracts already concluded.
The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Payment is processed according to the selected payment method and the relevant conditions communicated during the ordering process.
Please provide accurate and complete billing, payment and delivery details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery areas, shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and the information provided for the respective product.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration generally passes only when the goods are handed over to the consumer or a recipient designated by them.
The statutory exception where the consumer independently commissions a carrier not previously named by us remains unaffected.
Please report apparent damage in transit to r-issa@gmx.de as soon as possible. Such a report is not a prerequisite for your statutory claims. Your rights in the event of delayed delivery or damage in transit remain unaffected.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal where the statutory requirements are met.
Details about the period, exercising the right, returns and statutory exceptions are provided in our information about the right of withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form.
For an ordinary statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods in accordance with the information about the right of withdrawal.
This rule does not restrict your statutory claims for defective goods or incorrect deliveries.
Longer return periods or more favourable return conditions already promised for earlier orders remain applicable to those orders.
7. Statutory rights in respect of defects
Our goods are subject to statutory rights in respect of defects. These rights are neither excluded nor shortened by these terms.
A complaint does not depend on retaining the original packaging.
Any expressly promised guarantees apply in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions.
This applies in particular to damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, to damage caused intentionally or negligently, and to claims under the German Product Liability Act.
9. Customer accounts and use of the shop
If you use a customer account, please keep your login details confidential and inform us if you have reason to suspect unauthorised use.
Using the shop for unlawful activities or to compromise its technical security is prohibited.
Restricting access to the website does not affect existing purchase contracts or statutory rights of withdrawal and rights in respect of defects.
10. Content and third-party rights
Text, images, videos and other shop content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Use beyond the limits permitted by law requires the consent of the respective rights holder.
If you publish reviews or other content, they must not infringe third-party rights. Statutory responsibilities remain unaffected.
11. Shopify and data protection
We use Shopify as the technical platform for our online shop. Your contracting party for purchases is Roubier Issa, trading as Roubier Premiumhandel.
Information about the processing of personal data is available in our privacy policy.
Merely using our website does not replace any consent required under data protection law.
12. Final provisions
German law applies. For consumers, mandatory protective provisions of the country of their habitual residence remain applicable insofar as they provide protection under the relevant legal rules.
Jurisdiction is determined by statutory provisions.
The version of these General Terms and Conditions incorporated when the contract is concluded applies to that order. Changes do not apply retrospectively to contracts already concluded.
If individual provisions are invalid, the statutory rules apply, in particular Section 306 of the German Civil Code (BGB). The remaining valid provisions remain unaffected.
