Information about the Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.

If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. If goods are delivered in several lots or pieces, the period begins when the last lot or piece is received.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our withdrawal function. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including the content of your notice of withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make this reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.

These exceptions apply only where the relevant statutory requirements are met. Food products and discounted best-before offers are not generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Rights in respect of defects and previous commitments

Your statutory rights in the event of defective goods or incorrect deliveries remain unaffected. The rule on return costs in the event of withdrawal does not restrict these rights.

Prior return authorisation or the original packaging is not a prerequisite for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

Longer return periods and more favourable return conditions promised before this change remain applicable to the orders concerned.
