Shipping and Delivery

Delivery area

We deliver to Germany and the other member states of the European Union.

Shipping costs

Germany:
Shipping costs are €7.50 per order. Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders with a goods value of €69.00 or more after discounts.

Other EU countries:
Shipping costs are €20.00 per order.

All prices stated include statutory VAT. The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed at checkout before you place your order with an obligation to pay.

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated for the individual item, delivery takes:

• Within Germany: 2–4 working days after receipt of payment.
• To other EU countries: 4–8 working days after receipt of payment.

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Carrier and delivery address

Orders are shipped with GLS or an equivalent carrier.

Please provide a complete address to which deliveries can be made.

Damage in transit

Please report any apparent damage in transit to r-issa@gmx.de as soon as possible.

This request is not a prerequisite for your statutory claims, which remain unaffected even if damage is reported later.

For consumer orders, we generally bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed over to you or a recipient designated by you. The statutory exception where you independently commission a carrier not previously named by us remains unaffected.
